They are appropriate for children and adults because they have a very soft texture and flavor.

Suitable for diabetic people, the sweetener we use is maltitol. We use a special chocolate for diabetics and we add lactitol. These type of sweeteners help to prevent caries, does not feed the pathological intestinal flora (such as candida) and does not raise the blood glucose level (although we should be taken into account that flour is a carbohydrate and can not be abused in the case of diabetes or other conditions that may require to avoid refined sugar.
