Delicious and crispy little puff pastry made with organic semi-whole spelt flour with a caramelized cane sugar topping.
We do not put sugar in the dough we only add some on top just before baking them.
Because it is a puff pastry it can be consumed up to three or four days after you buy them.
We sell them by weight.
Weight: 15-20 grams.
