A very original and nutritious cookie. We have been tweaking the recipe for years (for a long time it was made with rye flour but recently we have an increasing demand for gluten-free products).
This cookie is very rich in fiber because it is made from whole grain buckwheat flour.
It is a sugar-free cookie but it is still sweet because we add coconut and a little bit of sweetener.
It is fiber and iron rich.
A cookie we recommend for any kind of diet.
