Description
A very tender ciabatta filled with sliced black olives and fresh grapes . Flavored with thyme and beer (which evaporates in the oven).
It is basically a salty product but the grapes give it a sweet and fresh touch.
You can eat it plain, with your meals or you can use it to make sandwiches (vegetable sandwiches with lettuce, tomato … or protein sandwiches with cheese, turkey, tuna, etc.).
