One of the cookies we’ve been making for years. Slightly spiced and delicious. This cookie is one of our customers’ favorites.
It is rich in fiber since it is made with whole wheat and rye flours. With the just enough cane sugar to feel satisfied for a little while. And in winter the ginger helps warming the body up, specially if its accompanied by a tea or herbal tea.
The nuts give it a very nice crisp touch.
If you like ginger, and you can eat wheat, it will be one of your favorites.
