Unlike the wheat croissants, which you can find in most bakeries, our spelt croissants are highly digestible. They are wheat and dairy free and we add just the right quantity of cane sugar so that they are not too sweet.
They are denser than wheat croissants and less greasy.
You can eat just plain or stuff them with whatever you want or even dip them in your glass of milk or morning coffee.
