One of our best selling breads, especially at weekends or holidays. Ideal to make a good “pa amb tomàquet” (typical Cataln dish).
This bread has a long fermentation process (the dough is prepared two days earlier) and is made with high quality flour and cooked directly on the oven to give it its characteristic crust.
It keeps up to a week in the refrigerator and it is really tasty if you toast it right before you eat it. You can also keep it in the freezer.

We add a little bit of organic rye flour to enhance the flavor.
