One of our best-selling breads today, due to the great demand that we have of tasty and healthy gluten free bread.

Because it contains traces of other cereals, it is not suitable for people with celiac disease.

It is made with white tapioca, then adding wholegrain buckwheat, oat and rice (rice is also use as an ingredient as sour dough). It’s not a wholegrain bread, then.

It is a truly tasty bread, highly appreciated by our customers. We make two versions of this bread: one with pumpkin seeds (both on top and inside) and one without any seeds.

We make it with a rustic bread mold and once it has the right shape we cook it directly on the stone, so it gets a crust very similar to the normal bread.

It has very good taste, not too strong or too bland.

We sell it by weight, you can buy a half if you want.

It looks great after a freezing and also stays fresh up to a week in the refrigerator. We recommend toasting it a bit to enjoy it to the fullest.
