One of our classic breads. Crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside. This bread is made with sourdough and the best wheat flour.
We cook it directly on the stove of the stone oven, as it should be.
Weight: About 800 grams. We called this bread “Kilo rustic bread” because it is the weight of the dough before we cook it in the oven.
