One of the four types of gluten-free breads we offer. This is our softest bread, both in flavor and density,

It does not contain fiber and it is slighty sweet (but it does not contain sugar),

As it is made of starches it has a good volume and is soft on the inside. Starches have the peculiarity that if they are left 24 hours in a refrigerator, and they are consumed the next day, they are transformed into a type of starch that can not be absorbed in our gut. These transformed starches are prebiotics (they feed our intestinal flora) but do not add any extra calories. However, it should be taken into account that if baked again the starches will return to the original state. It you heat it up a little bit it will still have the prebiotics.

Although it is very healthy to eat these starches after keeping them in the refrigerator for a day, we have to keep in mind that this type of bread loses its soft texture easily. It is a bread that does not stay fresh for a long time. We recommend freezing it or eating it in two days at the latest.

We sell this sliced bread by weight, although our customers usually buy the whole piece. We also make a small loaf.

At the moment, we only make this bread on weekdays (from Monday to Friday) and we receive it at the store by 11 o’clock in the morning.
