Large whole spelt loaf made with organic whole grain flour, sesame and flax seeds. More dense, digestive and satiating than our wheat loafs. The flaxs seeds help the intestinal transit as long as we drink enough water.
It is a very versatile loaf: some of our clients buy it sliced while others prefer to use it to make sandwiches. It is easily freezeable and in stays fresh for a week in the fridge.
It is especially tasty if you slightly toast it before serving it. It contains caraway, which helps disgestion and adds flavor and aroma.
