One of our most original products: a sweet sugar-free cracker with sesame and anise. We started make it many years ago and we call it, although some of our clients also do, a “fortinet.”
Being a product that fits in many diets and that stays fresh for a long time (away from a humid envieronment) we sell lots of them every day.
Very suitable for calming the appetite at any time of the day or as a morning or afternoon snack.
It is a very fine and crispy pastry and the sesame seeds give it an even more crisp touch.
