To make this delicious bread sticks daily we use the same recipe we use to make our buckwheat and rice gluten-free bread. Along with thour onion and olive tapenade gluten-free sticks, these sticks are the perfect option for when you want a snack that is sugar-free and fat-free.
It is a dense but not hard stick, of intense flavor and very fibrous. This fiber comes from the organic whole flour of buckwheat, which is the main ingredient of these sticks.
We add a little bit of sourdough to soften their flavor and texture,
Instead of gluten, we use xanthan gum.
As they are small and thin, they dry fast. They stay fresh for a day or two.
