Description
A dense bread with and intense flavor. Gluten free and highly digestible.
The loafs are quite small but is a very filling bread. Although it has a lot of fiber, buckwheat does not especially help intestinal transit (it does not impair it either).
We sell it by weight. You can freeze it or keep it in the fridge , wrap in plastic, for a week.
INFORMATION ABOUT INGREDIENTS:
Organic buckwheat flour
Sourdough made from buckwheat flour.
Xanthan gum (that substitutes gluten).
Salt.
sunflower oil.
Yeast.
It does not contain gluten, but there will always be traces of the other products that we make in our workroom. Therefore it is not suitable for people with celiac disease.
