On Wednesdays we bake an organic salt-free bread, especially suitable for people who follow a salt-free diet and for families who want to start giving bread to their small children (under two years old).
These are big pieces that we recommend you keep them sliced in the freezer so you have bread for the whole week.
Sliced rustic bread.
The whole wheat we use is an organic wheat, grinded on stone, so that it retains all its flavor and vitamins.
