Children love these ciabattas! It is the bread most chosen by families, because it is a tender bread that contains neither sugar nor butter (unlike the Vienna bread).
It is also one of the most popular breads among older people because it has a soft crust.
Many of our customers like to keep a few in the freezer to make their daily sanwiches and snacks so they don’t have to come to our store so often.

Yeast and sourdough (we only use a small quantity of sourdough because we want this bread to be very soft).
