Description
This bread has a medium-soft texture and a subtle flavor of the caraway. It contains pumpkin seeds inside and out and flax seeds on the inside.
We use a mixure of organic semi-whole kamut flour and orgnaic whole rye flour.
It is a very combinable bread, suitable for many types of meals.
We bake it daily.
