Small spelt roll with onion and charcoal

Description

A very versatile roll, which can be used to make sandwiches or eat with your meals.

The particular dark color that the activated carbon give to this bread does not alter the flavor of the onion and the spelt flour.

Like all our breads, it stays fresh a few days in the refrigerator. You can also freeze it and use it when you need it.
