Description

This recipe was incorporated over forty years ago, when a baker from Andalusia started to work with us and became part of our team. Over the years we have tweaked the recipe a little bit.

Now it is a vegan sweet and wheat-free bread.

Its souther Spain roots are especially noticeable in the caraway, a type of anise which gives it a very characteristic sweet flavor.

Contains small pieces of candied orange, raisins, almonds and cane sugar.

One of our most popular pastries. You can buy a half (€ 1) or a whole piece if you want to share it with someone.
